Divine Global Health provide care services to people who have memory deficits or are diagnosed with Dementia. We recognise the challenges that people living with Dementia and their families face. Our aim is to offer professional care to address these in a person-centred way. We aim to support individuals to cope with dementia in their homes, with support service that meets their needs. We are sensitive to our clients' life experiences and cultural preferences in our duty to help enhance their quality of life.
We can provide a range of support services that are person-centred and designed to reflect the individuality of the people we support. Our support and care services build on people's strengths and abilities to maximise their independence.
Families play a vital role in caring for their loved ones, and our duty of care to our clients ensures a healthy partnership with family members to provide a service that enables their relatives to continue to live independently at home. This partnership also involves active co-operation with the relevant key sector professionals.
Our overall goal therefore, is to provide a professional service that meets the full requirements of the sector and also fulfills the legitimate outcomes of our clients.
