Registered General Nurse (RGN) Vacancies

RGNs will work individually or as part of a team in a number of setting, such as hospitals, care and nursing homes, as well as our in the community in home or supported living situations.

Their role is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate an appropriate programme of nursing care for patients who are frail, elderly and/or physically disabled people.

Divine Global Health are looking for an experienced RGN with professionalism and a friendly, highly motivated approach to work. Must have at least one years’ experience in the field of Nursing either in the NHS hospitals or elderly care to join our team for day and/or night duties. Must have the ability to demonstrate a person-centred approach to care, and desire to make a positive impact to the lives of residents. IT skills will be most helpful, and you will hold an up-to-date NMC PIN.

Key Skills:

  • Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understand the needs of the residents
  • An affinity towards older people
  • A team player who is able to Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • You will need to be RMN or RGN registered with the NMC.
  • You must be approachable, able to think fast and be responsive to varying needs.
  • Naturally caring approach
  • Excellent clinical and leadership skills


The successful Staff Nurse should:

  • Hold a nursing qualification
  • Be registered with the NMC
  • Be passionate about elderly care
  • Have satisfactory references
  • Have the right to work in the UK
